Sales Manager, Residential, South Korea

We are now looking for a new Sales Manager be based in our Seoul Showroom to support our growing Residential business in South Korea.

Job Description:

Your goals will be to strengthen and develop Kvadrat’s position and visibility in the Residential market in South Korea.

Main responsibilities include:

Residential Sales (Time allocation: 85%)

• Support and grow sales with existing dealers by selling more products across different categories (cross-selling) to follow the full supply strategy.
• Create growth and influence important dealers, turn those into premium dealers.
• Develop new sales pipelines and clients, including Lifestyle shops and residential architects to create critical mass in turnover
• Evaluate dealer’s performance and analyze sales trends, implement the determined strategy,
• Secure visibility in shops for all product groups
• Reach Individual Sales KPIs (sales budget, number of meetings/trainings, etc.)

Showroom Management (Time allocation: 15%)

• Managing Seoul showroom and samples logistics, including: deliveries, collections, event preparation, etc.
• Bi-weekly ordering materials for showroom maintenance.
• Work as the main on-site contact, for all event suppliers and contractors (such as cleaning services, building agencies, etc.)
• Build new initiatives to your showroom space alongside with showroom VM/decorations.
• Maintain showroom to be organized and tidy according to company image.

Your Profile:

• Native Korean speaker. Business level in English, both oral and written.
• Background in high-end interior retail (either from direct sales or from working in a shop, will be a big plus)
• Above 5 years of professional sales experience in retail, with good understanding of premium & luxury brand.
• Experience throughout product launching process
• Honest, open-minded, self-motivated and driven by results.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm in your daily work, being proactive and quality-oriented
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Be structured to secure implementation and growth
• Be analytical and multitasking
• Ability to learn and deploy new learning
• Good team player, but also could work independently.
