Kvadrat was founded in Denmark in 1968 and is rooted in Scandinavia’s renowned design heritage. Today, we are internationally recognized for pushing the boundaries of textile innovation and for creating high-quality upholstery fabrics, curtains, rugs, and acoustic solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.

We are now seeking an intern for our Innovation Lab department for Spring 2026 (January/February – May/June) who is eager to gain practical experience in an international design company where creativity, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

During the internship, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute to the team’s projects while developing your own skills. You will also become part of our “Kvadrat Student” network, which offers both professional and social events together with other interns, student assistants, and trainees.

About Kvadrat Innovation Lab

Kvadrat Innovation Lab focuses on research and material development with the aim of strengthening our position in sustainability. The team works across our organization with a focus on turning challenges into opportunities.

About the Role and Your Main Responsibilities

As an intern, you will provide essential support to our Innovation Lab Manager and gain practical experience in management support in a workplace where structure, planning, and preparation are central.

Your primary tasks will include:

  • Planning and coordinating meetings

  • Writing minutes and following up on meetings

  • Preparing and distributing materials for meetings and presentations

  • Organizing and structuring tasks and deadlines

  • Helping present documents and presentations in an engaging and professional way

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an intern who:

  • Is enrolled in a relevant Danish education program where an internship is part of the curriculum

  • Is structured and detail-oriented

  • Has strong written English skills

  • Enjoys planning and coordinating

  • Is curious, proactive, and ready to take responsibility

  • Has strong collaboration skills and a positive mindset

  • Has an eye for detail and visual communication, expressed for instance in meeting materials and presentations
