Sales Representative – Residential market, Spain
Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia’s world-famous design tradition. A leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performance, design upholstery and curtain textiles, rugs and acoustic solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.
We are looking for a sales person based in Madrid for the residential market in Spain.
Your role will be to develop the high-end Consumers segment in Spain with both new and existing clients, implementing all product groups in collaboration with the Country Director and VP Sales Consumers.
You will be visiting and supporting dealers and residential architects who sell and service private end consumers with our residential product assortment: Upholstery textile collections from Kvadrat, Kvadrat Raf Simons and Sahco, curtain collections from Kvadrat and Sahco, the Kvadrat rug collection and accessories.
You will work closely with our internal customer service team during the entire sales process to ensure that all necessary information is registered in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and you will be part of a growth-oriented and strong sales organisation where there will be great opportunities for development.
You will report to José Luis Martinez, Country Director for Kvadrat Iberia.
Your base will be at our office in Madrid when you are having office days. You can expect 50-75 days of travel activities per year including attending sales meetings and selected fairs abroad.
You have a background in private high-end interiors either from direct sales in a similar position or from working in a shop on an equivalent level of the Kvadrat Consumers business. The ideal candidate has a considerable platform of relationships and network in the market and is quality-driven in all decisions.
You see yourself as being hard working, efficient, structured, honest, and professional.
It is important that you speak and write English. You are able to communicate well, both outside and inside our organisation and you are able to convey the message and philosophy of our brands to new clients. You work well on your own but see the benefit in being part of a local team and our international Consumers team.
You have a positive approach and a wish to become part of a successful team with potential for growth.
We offer you a fixed salary plus commission, a company car and benefits as a pension package.
We expect you to start on September 1st, 2021.
