Sales & Project Internship, Kvadrat/Raf Simons & Magniberg

Magniberg and Kvadrat/Raf Simons (KVX) is looking for a full-time Sales & Project intern in Copenhagen for 6 months starting August 1st 2026.

Magniberg is a bedwear brand with a multilateral approach based in Stockholm, Sweden. After careers in the fashion industry, founders Bengt Thornefors and Nina Norgren partnered to find a new expression in bedwear, establishing Magniberg in 2016. The brand is steeped in cultural references, imagination and emotional aesthetics. It is about craftsmanship, with an insistence on sourcing only the best-quality fabrics.

The Kvadrat/Raf Simons collection brings Raf Simons exceptional sense of style to the home. Distinguished by the innovative blending of colour and materials for which Raf Simons is known in the fashion world, the collection of textiles and accessories for the home is by turns sophisticated and playful, and produced to the exacting standards associated with Kvadrat.

Throughout the internship, you will work closely together with experienced colleagues and contribute to the team’s projects while developing your own skills. You will also be a part of our network “Kvadrat Student” where you get participate in both academic and social events with our other interns, student helpers, and trainees.

In this position you will be an important asset to the daily routine and work for Magniberg and Kvadrat/Raf Simons brands. You will be working proactively towards building brands with sales support and back office ad hoc assignments. As your daily work will include a variety of assignments you will meet all of Kvadrat both locally and globally. The overall assignments will include coordinating multiple projects and tasks at the same time.

We are a small team so development and brainstorming are possible as well as requested.

Your tasks will include the below:

Office planning – Support and handle logistics

Samples – Managing & Handling, System and clean up

Linesheets – Managing & Handling

Clippings – Magazines, Instagram, KakaoTalk, Pop Up’s & Reports

SoMe – Monitoring, reporting & Tiktok

Practical Information about the Internship
