Pricing Manager, Ebeltoft

Pricing has been recognized as a strategic enabler of Kvadrat and is therefore an area of investment for further focus and development. We have recently established the team Strategic Pricing within the Strategy & Sustainability team, and we want you to join our incredible team! As this is a newly established team, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and develop the direction, your own role, and the Strategic Pricing function itself in Kvadrat.
As the new Pricing Manager, you will drive the development of our pricing strategy in close collaboration with key stakeholders – and you will be the anchor point within Kvadrat for all things related to pricing while ensuring efficient daily operations.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead the development and adoption of standardized pricing methods, processes, and tools and ensuring efficient daily operations;
- Drive projects focusing on new pricing initiatives such as global pricing models, increase share of value-based pricing, market intelligence, continuous improvement of pricing model etc. In this part of the role you will work closely with the strategy team with the overall goal;
- Support key stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis with price adjustments, analysis and general sparring of price related issues
Your key stakeholders will include e.g. Sales, Business Analytics, Procurement, IT and Finance – and you will facilitate the cooperation with them and ensure input from these key stakeholders.
We imagine that you have 3-5 years of experience working with price or revenue management, as this is a new but essential area for Kvadrat. Further, you most likely have a very solid understanding of pricing concepts, preferably within B2B and B2C. Experience from a premium brand or the textile or clothing industry will be considered a plus, but not a requirement.
Further, you have a commercial mindset with a great drive for implementation and results, and you meticulously collect and analyze data using business acumen to deliver high quality, detailed conclusions, and recommendations.
As your stakeholders will spread around various levels, you need to be a strong communicator but also have a will to win and challenge status quo. We imagine that you have experience in effectively driving change and gathering support of colleagues in international organizations.
Furthermore, an ideal candidate would also:
- Be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferably have experience in creating Power BI reports
- Preferably have experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft D365 will be considered a plus
