How do I use the client portal?

1. Login Page
Upon logging into the client portal, you'll arrive at a personalized dashboard and toolbox. Here you can see your recently reviewed, your contact person, orders and tracking.

2. Customer service
Remember, we are here to help. If you have any questions, you can reach out to your customer service contact, that is listed in your dashboard.

3. Toolbox
Here, you'll find a comprehensive toolbox with essential resources such as:

Quick and easy access to everything you need.

4. Navigation
In the top you find the search bar and navigation menu.

Here you can explore our products under the different categories and also explore all our brands as Kvadrat Acoustics, Kvadrat Shade, Kvadrat Really and many more.


5. Category pages
On our category pages you can see many products at once for example under upholsteries:

Here you see different filter. You can select each filter to specify what you are looking for as: designer, brands, washable, flammability, ACT performance etc.

6. Product Pages
Our product pages provide all details necessary to determine if a product meets your specific requirements. You’ll find in-depth product descriptions along with certificate downloads for easy reference.
Be aware that specification can be different pr. colour under each product. So also check the data specifications when you change colour.

7. Ordering Samples
When you're ready to place an order, simply navigate to your preferred category via the menu or use the search bar in the top right corner to find specific products.

Once selected, you'll be directed to the product page for more details.
Here we provide you with free order sampling and stock availability, so you can see the textiles in real life.

Additionally, you can request various types of samples to help you make an informed decision about the right product for your needs.

8. Checkout
After finalizing your order, you can proceed to checkout effortlessly by clicking the checkout option in the top right corner.
Here, you’ll enter your order and delivery details to complete your purchase smoothly.

9. Order status
In your dashboard under My orders and tracking you can see status and tracking on your samples.
So you quick and easy can follow their journey.
