How do I use the client portal?

Upon logging in, you will arrive at your personalised dashboard, where you can access recently viewed products, track orders, and find direct contact details for your customer service representative.

We are here to support you. If you have any questions or need assistance, your dedicated customer service contact is listed in your dashboard and ready to help.

7. Ordering samples

To experience our textiles in person, you can easily order samples.

  • Select a product to access its details

8. Checkout
Once your order is finalised, simply click checkout in the top right corner. Enter your order and delivery details, and complete your purchase effortlessly.
