Dive heeft een doorschijnende, crêpestructuur die lijkt op de fonkelende microstructuur die ontstaat als de wind over water waait. Het garen wordt gekrompen door middel van een speciale afwerking, wat leidt tot een boeiende dialoog tussen de zandstructuur en de levendige transparantie van het materiaal. Het is een vlamvertragende stof die volumineus valt.

    Lightfastness relates to the ability of a textile to retain its colour under light. When testing for lightfastness, samples are exposed to artificial daylight for a specified period.

    The evaluation scale ranges from 1 (worst) to 8 (best). An increase of one point corresponds to a doubling of the lightfastness, i.e. the same fading takes twice as long.

Care instructions curtain textiles

Regular cleaning is important in order to keep the curtain textile looking its best and to prolong its life. Dust and dirt wear down the textile and also reduce its fire-retardant properties.

  • Regelmatige reiniging

    We raden aan de gordijnen één keer per jaar te wassen. Bij intensief gebruik raden wij aan regelmatiger te wassen. Alle gordijnstoffen van Kvadrat en Kinnasand worden geleverd met onderhoudsetiketten. We raden af om wasdmiddel met optisch bleekwater, parfum of kleurstoffen te gebruiken, om het risico op allergieproblemen te beperken. Wij adviseren het gebruik van een licht reinigingsmiddel zonder optische bleekmiddelen voor alle items waarin wassen volgens de wasinstructies mogelijk is. Houd rekening met een mogelijke krimp tussen 1 - 3%.
