Our 2022 performance highlights

 

Improved gender distribution

Our goal is to attract talented individuals without any gender biases. As a result, we prioritised reaching gender balance by increasing female representation in leadership positions. Currently, the Kvadrat A/S Board is made up of 33% of women, up from 20% in 2021. Our middle management has also seen a 3%, from 41 to 44, increase in female leaders between 2021 and 2022.

New parental leave policy

Unbalanced parental leave distribution is one of the key causes of workplace inequality around the world. Therefore, we prioritised the implementation of a standardised policy that could guarantee equal benefits and a uniform minimum duration of paid parental leave. In 2022, we established a data foundation in order to gather more precise information on parental leave, enabling us to monitor the effectiveness of our policy.
