A new global headquarters in Dallas creates a sanctuary for employees that blends in-person and remote work styles. The venue incorporates a Kvadrat Acoustic solution which is integrated into thoughtfully designed “neighbourhoods” that promote flexibility, performance, and wellbeing.

The Kvadrat Acoustics solution supports collaboration by enhancing speech intelligibility and reducing noise. It comprises Soft Cells Broadline Panels covered in a custom version of Floyd Screen woven in Trevira CS and is suspended from the ceiling with magnets in open-plan office areas, social areas, individual offices and the reception area.

Evidencing the power of mindful design, the redesign has inspired increased employee engagement. In-office attendance has increased, as staff are drawn to the welcoming collaborative spaces and amenities. Furthermore, the focus on acoustic and visual comfort has also had a positive impact on client interactions.

Ultimately, the adaptable, light-filled design provides a scalable model for future workplaces. It demonstrates how thoughtful workplace strategies can successfully support the modern hybrid work paradigm.
