Leon Grøn Laursen is a warehouse employee at Kvadrat Headquarters in Ebeltoft.

"I am able to fulfil my potential at Kvadrat, in a partnership with my boss. We look at what new learning and developments could be helpful for the team. Where we are already strong, we just need to keep the focus, and make sure it stays that way."

Q: What defines Kvadrat as a workplace in your opinion?

I think Kvadrat as a workplace is defined by a high degree of trust, pride, and a great community. Our core values of quality, passion, empathy, and creativity are extremely important, and benefit both employees and customers.

Q: What made you want to work at Kvadrat?

I had only heard good things about Kvadrat, so it was pretty obvious to me that I should send in an application. I live close by, and Kvadrat has a very good reputation in the community. So, it just made sense. I have never regretted sending that application, since I have always been happy to work at Kvadrat.

Q: How are you able to fulfil your potential at Kvadrat?

I am able to fulfil my potential at Kvadrat, in a partnership with my boss. We look at what new learning and developments could be helpful for the team. Where we are already strong, we just need to keep the focus, and make sure it stays that way. If we in the team come up with an idea, to improve a way to handle our workload, we are free to try it. We can always go back to the old way of doing it if it doesn’t work out.

Q: What sparks joy for you in your work?

I am so proud to be a part of the Kvadrat family, and to see how we grow and thrive as a global team. My colleagues in the team here in the warehouse, are the biggest drive for me, not to mention all my other colleagues in the office next door, and all over the world.
