The EU Ecolabel is an independent ecolabel established by the European Commission that promotes environmental excellence. Through the EU Ecolabel, industry can offer true and reliable eco-friendly alternatives to conventional products, empowering consumers to make informed choices and play an active role in the green transition.
Based on third-party verification, the EU Ecolabel guarantees quality and ensures that the products meet high environmental standards throughout their entire life cycle: from raw material extraction through production and distribution to disposal. It ensures:
1) Limited use of substances harmful to health and environment
2) Reduction of water and air pollution
3) Colour resistance and light exposure to maintain long-lasting design.
