Isa Glink

Isa Glink studied at the Royal College of Art in London and at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.

Since 2002, she has been creative director at Kinnasand where she is responsible for the product lines of the KINNASAND | TEXTILES and the KINNASAND | CARPET collections.

Before taking on her post at Kinnsand, she worked as a design manager in the textiles sector and, internationally, as a designer and trend consultant in the interior design and fashion sectors. Parallel to her role as Kinnasand’s creative director, she was a lecturer in textile design at Akademie JAK in Hamburg.

She also lectured and conducted seminars and workshops at various other academic institutions, including the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg and blickfang international design exhibition in Hamburg.

Isa Glink’s collections have received many national and international design awards, including the German Design Award, the ICFF Editors Award, the Designpreis der Bundesrepublik Deutschland and the red dot design award. She has also received the Interior Innovation Award several times, including, in 2014, the special “Best of Best” recommendation for her UNI/VERSE collection.
