Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 is deeply rooted in Scandinavia’s renowned design heritage. Today, we are internationally recognised for pushing the boundaries of textile innovation and creating high-quality upholstery fabrics, curtains, rugs, and acoustic solutions for both commercial and residential spaces.

We are looking for a Digital Projects Intern to join our Digital team for Autumn 2026 (August – December/January). This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international design company where creativity, innovation, and collaboration are central.

During the internship, you will work closely with experienced colleagues, contribute to ongoing projects, and develop your own skills. You will also become part of our “Kvadrat Student” network, with access to both professional and social activities alongside other interns, student assistants, and trainees.

The role is based in our Copenhagen Showroom in Nordhavn.

The Role
As an intern in the Digital team, you will play an active role in the final phase of a major website and e-commerce project. You will collaborate with content editors, project managers, and key stakeholders, gaining insight into how large-scale digital solutions are launched and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the content editor team in migrating, creating, optimising, and quality-checking content for the our new website
  • Build and manage content pages in our new CMS
  • Assist in the testing phase, including:
    • Design and UI testing
    • Functionality and system integration testing (primarily related to DAM, PIM, ERP, and CRM systems)
  • Support the project lead with tasks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Handle ad hoc tasks related to both project work and day-to-day operations in the Digital team

Who You Are

  • Enrolled in a relevant study programme in Denmark (e.g. e-commerce, digital marketing, digital design, digital concept development, communication, or similar), where an internship is part of the curriculum
  • Possess a basic technical understanding and an interest in digital systems
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility
  • A strong team player with a positive and collaborative mindset

Practical Information

  • The internship is unpaid but includes free lunch
