Sales Manager, Architecture & End Users, South Korea

Location: Seoul, South Korea

Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia’s world-famous design tradition. A leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performing, design textiles, rugs, acoustics and window covering solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.

We are now looking for a new Sales Manager to be based in our Seoul Showroom to support our growing A&E business in South Korea.


Job Description:
Your goals will be to strengthen and develop Kvadrat’s position and visibility in the contract market in South Korea.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Visiting and cooperating with interior architects, design studios, contractors and end-users in South Korea market.
  • Creating and maintaining a project portfolio
  • Closing projects specified
  • Project and Key Account Management
  • Responsibility for the entire sales process, control of the DMU (Decision Making Unit) to ensure that the specifications will result in orders.
  • Work with your Customer Service to ensure that all information is registered in system as required.
  • Meet the requirements of our Global Sales Indicators (Number of Meetings, Projects, Sales Budget, etc.).

Your Profile:

  • Native Korean speaker. Business level in English, both oral and written.
  • Sales Experience in interior design materials will be preferred.
  • Ability to involve and communicate with different networks.
  • Understand the business model of selling premium products.
  • Honest, positive mindset with proactive attitude
  • Ambitious, self-motivated and driven by results.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Goold communication and negotiation skills.
  • Great team player, but also could work independently.
  • Passion for work and art is a great plus.
