Marketing Manager, Residential segment, Kvadrat

Kvadrat is looking to recruit a dynamic, driven and commercially minded Marketing Manager for our Residential segment, working from our showroom in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. Starting date 1st of July or earlier if possible.

We have ambitious plans to strengthen our position across high-end residential architects, residential retailers, key residential clients and end-consumers. We are therefore looking for a strong marketer with a proven track record in residential, lifestyle, fashion or design marketing — someone who can demonstrate clear commercial results and knows how to build desirability, relevance and growth for premium brands.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They should be able to develop and implement engaging marketing strategies, translate market opportunities into strong activity plans, and work closely with Sales, PR, Digital, Product Development and external creative partners.

We are looking for a marketeer who can:

  • Develop and drive the marketing strategy and yearly activity plan for the Residential segment
  • Support ambitious sales growth across residential architects, retailers and end-consumers
  • Build strong online and offline marketing activities for premium residential brands
  • Translate commercial objectives into impactful campaigns, tools, content and activations
  • Demonstrate proven results from previous roles in residential, design, fashion, , interiors, lifestyle or luxury/premium consumer marketing
  • Work closely with Residential Sales to support key clients and strategic growth opportunities
  • Lead, motivate and develop a small high-performing marketing team
  • Manage projects, stakeholders, agencies and budgets with structure and confidence
  • Collaborate with PR, influencer marketing, digital, product marketing and external creative partners
  • Bring a strong network and understanding of design culture, pres, stylists, photographers, designers and relevant creative communities

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Commercially sharp and highly results-oriented
  • At least 10 year experience in growing premium residential, lifestyle, fashion or design brands
  • Strategic, but equally strong in execution
  • A natural collaborator with excellent stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong in project management, planning and follow-through
  • Creative, proactive and full of initiative
  • Comfortable leading a team and building motivation, quality and momentum
  • Passionate about interiors, design, lifestyle, consumer behaviour and cultural trends
  • International in mindset and confident working across functions and markets
