Coordinator, Supply Chain, Kvadrat Accessories

We are looking for a new Coordinator to join the Kvadrat Accessories team at our headquarters in Ebeltoft as soon as possible, and no later than August 1st 2026.
About the job
As Coordinator in Kvadrat Accessories, you will join a small team of specialists and coordinators dedicated to supporting our brands within Kvadrat Accessories. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Internal Sales, Quality & Compliance, Marketing, and Sales, while also maintaining ongoing dialogue with external suppliers.
You will play an important role in maintaining an overview of our supply chain and stock levels. With your structured and logical approach, you will help register and maintain data while ensuring that both administrative and operational processes run smoothly.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Registering orders for purchases, transfers, and sales
- Updating data and maintaining filing structures in our IT systems
- Handling and registering incoming goods
- Preparing and coordinating shipping activities
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting ongoing inventory counts
- Maintaining contact with suppliers
- Supporting supplier meetings with relevant data
- Up to 10 travel days per year can be expected
Qualifications & Competencies
You have an interest in, or experience with, purchasing or supply chain operations.
Ideally, you have 1–3 years of relevant work experience. However, as this is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, the role could also be suitable for someone currently pursuing an education.
In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills with a structured approach to work
- A logical mindset, strong IT skills, and attention to detail
- A proactive and open-minded approach to collaboration with colleagues and suppliers
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of D365 or Navision is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken
- Curiosity and motivation to learn new tasks and become familiar with Kvadrat
- Flexibility regarding working hours, as some periods may require more than 20 hours per week
