Sales Manager Architects & End Users, Kvadrat Madrid

Driving our sales in Spain, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager within Architectural driven components to take the lead in managing presentations for specifications, negotiating with contractors and building a strong specification pipeline.
Your Role
As Sales Manager, Architects & End Users, you will play a key role in specifying our products into design and construction projects globally and across Spain. With a strong focus on client development, cross-selling, and project management, you will ensure our solutions are at the forefront of architectural and end-user decisions.
Main responsibilities include:
- Drive sales, maintain and grow existing Ambassador clients as well as nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Position Kvadrat as the premier choice for architects, designers, specifiers and industry partners in our market.
- Build authentic relationships, create enthusiasm around design, and deliver sales through a strategic approach.
- Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth within the client base, aligning product solutions with client needs.
- Foster a stable and predictable sales cycle, while driving consistent revenue growth.
- Utilize strong presentation and storytelling skills to engage clients and communicate the unique value of Kvadrat.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Skilled in project tracking, inflow analysis, and closing projects.
- Ability to engage and align with multiple stakeholders (architects, contractors, specialists).
- Proven team-player for supporting the local team in Madrid, and with the ability to work globally and across Spain to secure complex projects cross-functionally.
- Confident in presenting design-oriented products to professional audiences.
- Skilled in negotiation and client communication at all levels.
- Competent in using tools like CRM, business intelligence dashboards, and key account plans.
- You are good at communicating, both written and spoken also in English.
- You have a few years of experience in sales, either in the industry or from relevant industries, and / or a few years of KAM experience.
- Strong network within A&D (architecture and design) or end-user market is highly desirable.
- As a person, you are patient, flexible, positive and service-minded.
- You are curious to learn about Kvadrat and our products.
