Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Portfolio Project Manager to help manage our Global Accounts from our office in Copenhagen.

About the Job

You will be responsible for managing Global Account Portfolios along with local regional projects through the design and specification phases, whilst continually improving quality, knowledge and documentation. Ultimately, to make Kvadrat Acoustics a signature product for acoustics in building architecture.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Portfolio management for some of Kvadrat Acoustics’ Global Accounts
  • Manage own projects through the inception, design, and specification phases
  • Assist in the negotiating and closing processes of projects
  • Track and manage the project from scoping and design through to specification and production
  • Maintain the overall project plan together with relevant project stakeholders
  • Work with product designers and supply chain to develop and optimize designs for production
  • Work with the internal and external supply chain to ensure the Portfolios’ projects can be delivered Globally, including Sales, Design, Production and Installers
  • Help to develop the management of complex design projects
  • Work with product designers and supply chain to develop and optimize designs for production

You are self-driven with a professional approach to managing relationships with internal & external stakeholders. Pragmatic and hands-on approach to delivery of projects. You enjoy working in a company with high demands to quality and growth. Thrives on taking responsibility and influencing results. You know how to motivate, empower, and develop internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications and competencies

  • Architectural and / or construction related education combined with project management experience and a track record of delivering high-end quality projects.
  • Planning of projects and handling of design related tasks and complex modelling.
  • Experience with management of external stakeholders including clients, main contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professional advisors required for the delivery of projects.
  • A good commercial understanding of project delivery, to include managing contracts and project economy.
  • Experienced user of relevant Architectural and Project Management software, together with a solid understanding of construction techniques
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English, additional languages seen as a positive.
