Formal yet informal, Aaren is Raf Simons’ interpretation of the classic twill, its lively dissolved organic surface restrained and contained by sharp diagonal ribs. A technical tour de force, the upholstery textile gets its dichotomous character from a specially developed, loosely spun wool and viscose yarn. The uneven texture, sheen and colouration of the yarn set up the contrast against the regularity of the woollen backing.

Regular cleaning is important in order to keep the accessories looking their best and to prolong their life. Dust and dirt wear down the textile and also reduce its fire-retardant properties.

Regular care
Vacuum regularly. Dust can also be removed using a soft brush. Stains should be removed immediately. Most types of stains can be removed by carefully dabbing with a clean, lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in warm water. Remove greasy stains by using appropriate detergents or solvents. In all cases, we recommend to test stain-removal agents on an inconspicuous area first, to see if there are any effects on the cover.
