Equal Opportunities

Kvadrat leads with 45% women across all management levels and encourages fathers and mothers to take equal parental leave.

Decarbonisation

Kvadrat achieves net zero SBT validation as the first interior textile manufacturing company.

Circular Economy

Every year, we upcycle more than 200 tons of textile waste.
One Really Textile Tabletop™ upcycles on average 70 t-shirts.

Design Principles

Kvadrat creates products with 3rd party verified documentation, including:

  • EPDs for 148 products
  • EU Ecolabel for 59 products

Successful Partnerships

Kvadrat has shared sustainability targets with nine Ambassador suppliers, and 84% of Kvadrat´s tier 1 suppliers have signed the Kvadrat Code of Conduct.

Design Principles

Kvadrat offers today 61 recycled textiles, reducing our dependency on virgin materials.

Decarbonisation

Kvadrat has reduced -38% of its scope 1-2 greenhouse gas emissions from its 2019 baseline, led by its increasingly electric company fleet and higher renewable energy purchase.

Circular Economy

Kvadrat supports circular economy through maintenance programs for its acoustic panels, rugs and roller blinds.

Sustainability Advocacy

Five Sustainability networks are up and running, including 35 workshops annually for 96 employees and suppliers.
