United in conscience

Since 2013 we have been part of the United Nations Global Compact: the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.

The Global Compact is an incentive intended to keep companies like ours aligned and effective when it comes to sustainability. It is the world’s largest programme of its kind: a call to all companies to align strategies and to adhere to universal principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. Companies choose to join this voluntary initiative and in return receive support from the Compact and the opportunity to share experiences and knowledge.

Whilst Kvadrat has pioneered many of the values that the Global Compact promotes ever since our inception, taking part gives us a platform from which to demonstrate our commitments to our peers, our customers and our stakeholders. We find great value in supporting the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact. Just as the annual report, which we submit to the Global Compact is a great chance to communicate a transparent overview of our current status, risks, achievements and targets.
