Optimizing Interior Acoustics

How does sound travel in different interior spaces and what can be done to improve acoustics to create comfortable indoor environments? Join us to learn more about the basics of acoustic knowledge, and how layout and materials affect the sound quality in the spaces where we spend most of our time.

This CEU will be given by one of our experienced sales managers and will illustrate the importance of good acoustics in a variety of interior settings ranging from open offices to restaurants. Based on our extensive experience using Kvadrat textile panels to create solutions that promote wellbeing and an elevated experience of architecture, insights into designing optimal acoustic environments will be shared.

The Joy of Color

Color is one of the most powerful tools designers can use to create impactful and memorable interiors. The Joy of Color investigates how we perceive color today, how color is created and how noted colorists, designers and artists achieve compelling color palettes. Giulio Ridolfo, Margrethe Odgaard, Finn Sködt, Doshi Levien, Jonathan Olivares each pursue different strategies resulting in unique and absorbing color schemes. Sustainability Beyond Product

This CEU focuses on two main areas of sustainability initiatives – products and corporations. Learn how more sustainable products are created using textiles as an example, and how their characteristics are captured in product labels. Then dig deeper beyond just product and discover the important role of corporations in implementing sustainability throughout their business, corporate certifications, and carbon footprint.

By the end of this CEU, you should have gained a deeper understanding of how sustainability goals can be set and measured so that you can make an impact yourself.
