1. Returning first-quality samples
Before initiating a return, please consider the condition of each sample. We accept samples that are in excellent condition and suitable for future use. This means they should not be cut, altered, marked or soiled, and all original tags must be intact, fully attached and free from creases or handwriting.
If a sample does not meet these standards, we encourage you to donate the samples to local organisations that welcome textile materials for creative and practical purposes.
2. Preparing your shipment
To keep the process straightforward, we recommend collecting multiple eligible samples and sending them in one consolidated shipment. This makes it easier to manage your return and ensures you only need to generate a single return label.
3. Get your return label
Once ready, fill out the form at the link below with your contact and shipping details. After submitting the form, you will receive a prepaid FedEx return label and QR code via email. Attach the label securely to your package, or present the QR code at the FedEx location, and drop off your shipment at any of the FedEx sites listed in your email.
