NAU and Kvadrat
During 3daysofdesign 2025, NAU presented their Australian collection through an immersive exhibition showcasing the work of renowned designers, such as Adam Goodrum and Tom Fereday. The exhibition features a curated selection of furniture upholstered in Kvadrat´s textiles. Combining NAU’s refined, timeless furniture with our premium textiles, the collaboration highlights a shared commitment to outstanding design, simplicity, and enduring quality.
DesignByThem and Kvadrat
Celebrating 18 years of original Australian design, DesignByThem made its debut at Galleri Susanne Ottesen during 3daysofdesign 2025. The exhibition presented a curated selection of furniture pieces, showcasing form, materiality, and design language, each reflecting a uniquely Australian perspective on contemporary design. The collection was beautifully complemented by a selection of our upholstery textiles.
National Australia Bank HQ
More than 7,000 metres of Kvadrat textiles feature in the new National Australia Bank headquarters in Melbourne’s Docklands. As a result of a close collaboration between NAB and leading global architecture firm Woods Bagot, this landmark is designed to stimulate collaboration and provide an opportunity to affect organisational change
PwC Sydney
Knitted Kvadrat Febrik textiles play a key role in the Client Collaboration floors at PwC’s Sydney offices. The interior concept draws inspiration from beyond the corporate world, blending elements of hospitality, retail, aviation, and education to create a dynamic and inviting environment. Kvadrat Febrik’s tactile textiles help bring this vision to life by enhancing acoustic performance and adding warmth and texture throughout.
The Westin Brisbane hotel
The Westin Brisbane showcases a harmonious selection of Kvadrat textiles across furniture, walls, panels, accessories, and curtains. The textiles were specified in a rich mix of colours, textures, and patterns to bring depth and character to the interiors. Inspired by Brisbane’s climate, the colour scheme reflects a refined, corporate elegance.
MinterEllison office
The redesigned Adelaide offices of law firm MinterEllison feature a Kvadrat Acoustics solution that supports the firm’s vision of creating a more connected experience for both staff and visitors. The solution complements the light, balanced interior design—an intentional nod to the building’s celebrated Brutalist architecture. Installed across reception areas, corridors, seminar and meeting rooms, the Kvadrat Acoustics system enhances wellbeing by improving speech clarity and reducing noise.
The State Library of Victoria
Specified by Architectus & Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects, Soft Cells panels by Kvadrat Acoustics were installed on the ceiling at the State Library of Victoria, covering a total of 267m2 in the following areas: the Swanston Street Foyer, Ian Potter Queen’s Hall and Isabella Fraser Room.
Kvadrat collaborates actively with leading international and local designers, architects and artists. These collaborations include renowned global figures such as Raf Simons, Patricia Urquiola, Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, alongside Australian designers Benja Harney, Adam Goodrum and Studio Truly Truly.
With our showroom in Melbourne and Perth, and sales teams in Sydney and Brisbane, we are establishing a dedicated local presence, directly supporting the region’s architects, designers and clients.
