Cover Versions | Beosound Stage by Bang & Olufsen

Covers for the Beosound Stage soundbar are made from special acoustic editions of the Kvadrat textiles Remix 3 and Hallingdal 65. These come in a selection of custom colours developed in collaboration with Bang & Olufsen.

Hallingdal is an iconic textile created by Nanna Ditzel for Kvadrat in the 1960s. This new iteration of the design underlines its timeless appeal and versatility. The same can be said of Remix, which continues to find unique applications.

The inspiration behind the Beosound Stage is Scandinavian design blended with Japanese minimalism. Designed by NORM Architects for people who don't want to compromise with the visual expression of their TV setup, it looks more like a piece of furniture.

Forming an infinite line running around the product, the frame of the Beosound Stage encapsulates the soft textile front and the powerful audio engine and speakers within. The control buttons act as a ‘break of calmness’ yet simultaneously continue the infinite line.
