Greenguard Gold

The GREENGUARD® Environmental Institute (GEI) aims to improve health and quality of life by enhancing indoor air quality and reducing exposure to chemicals and other pollutants. The GREENGUARD® Indoor Air Quality Certification Program gives assurance that products designed for use in office environments and other public indoor spaces meet strict chemical emissions limits.

Achieving a GREENGUARD® certification substantiates manufacturers’ sustainability claims with scientific data from an unbiased, third party organisation. GREENGUARD® certification verifies that chemical and particle emissions emitted by building materials fall within acceptable indoor air-quality pollutant thresholds.

Majority of our textiles are Greenguard Gold certified, documenting VOC’s and formaldehyde levels are compliant with the Greenguard Gold standard requirements. The certificate can support with credits within green building schemes such as LEED, WELL and BREEAM, DGNB etc.
