International Sales Manager for Magniberg, Kvadrat
At Kvadrat, we are looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven International Sales Manager to join our Magniberg team and help grow our presence with focus on Denmark and Sweden.
Founded in Stockholm in 2016 by fashion designer Bengt Thornefors and florist Nina Norgren, Magniberg brings a fashion-driven perspective to the home, infusing bedding and lifestyle design with emotion, individuality, and care.
In 2019, Magniberg partnered with Kvadrat, one of the world’s leading design textile companies. The partnership brings together Magniberg’s fashion-oriented approach with Kvadrat’s deep expertise in textile innovation, craftsmanship, and design.
About Our New International Sales Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for driving wholesale growth and building strong partnerships that elevate the brand focusing on our key markets Denmark and Sweden. You will take ownership of the revenue strategy for your markets while managing key accounts, developing new partnerships, and supporting retail activations.
You will be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team driven by growth through quality.
Working at Magniberg involves close collaboration across functions, including marketing and product teams as well as ongoing dialogue with retailers and partners in your markets.
Your main tasks will include:
- Onboarding new wholesale partners in key markets
- Developing and growing relationships with existing partners
- Owning and delivering on sales targets
- Planning and executing sell-in and sell-out activities in close collaboration with marketing
- Identifying new market opportunities and distribution channels
- Conducting sales training and regular store visits
- Supporting retail activations and brand initiatives in your markets
You can expect around 100 travel days a year.
Qualifications & Competencies
You have proven experience growing wholesale accounts and building strong partnerships within fashion, design, or lifestyle brands.
You are a strong relationship-builder who enjoys working closely with partners and colleagues alike. You are comfortable working in a hands-on role that includes retail activations, travel, and regular interaction with stores and partners.
You have a commercial mindset combined with a genuine passion for design and brand-driven commerce. You are proactive, structured, and motivated by achieving results.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
