Encircle is a sculptural upholstery textile with a tactile, meticulous expression. Complex yet simple, Encircle unites a naturally irregular bouclé yarn and a plain-dyed background yarn.

Interlace is a light, transparent, soft curtain textile with a distinctive, irregular organic expression. It features gently undulating lines on its surface, reminiscent of handcrafted structures and braids.

The colour-scale for Encircle and Interlace reflects a range of elements that shape life in Côte d’Ivoire, from flamboyant coloured textiles to luscious greenery and infinite waterscapes.

Kvadrat introduces two new textiles to the Kvadrat Shade textile collection, Niesen by Alfredo Häberli and Silvretta by Louise Sigvardt.

Niesen by Alfredo Häberli is a metallised textile with an intricate woven structure and sophisticated character. The highly technical, precise composition emphasises the outstanding performance of the metallised textile.

Silvretta by Louise Sigvardt is a woven, yarn-dyed textile made from three differently coloured yarns. Despite the complexity of the metallised textile’s innovative, precise weave, it has a rich and very natural expression.

Relate Screen is a special version of the sophisticated twill-woven upholstery textile Relate developed for wall-panels, desk screens and similar applications.

Patricia Urquiola has created both designs to rethink the concept of melange. While Relate Screen is identical in composition to the textile Relate, it has a more open structure. It features a soft hand and an expression that resembles natural fibres.

A faux-uni, it initially appears monochromatic yet, under closer inspection, reveals a diagonal weave which fluidly blends two different coloured yarns. 

Woven from bouclé yarns with a regular loop size, Vidar has a deep, tight, large-grained texture that lends itself particularly well to the graphic use of colour in upholstery.

Originally designed by Fanny Aronsen, Vidar has been re-coloured by Raf Simons, with shades ranging from moss green, dark aubergine, ruby red and midnight blue through to brick and earth tones, and easy neutrals.

The gentle satin surface finish of the weave contrasts with the deep shadowy tones in the depths, giving a multifaceted richness to the intense colours in the range.
